Our fabulous beginner’s group starts once again on 18th April, meeting at the Recreation Club at 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start. It is for beginners or those already running a little but need more confidence. We will start off on the roads and paths around Tattenhall and, when ready, head off-road for a bit of (muddy) fun. We look after everyone and hope to inspire people achieve goals! The cost is just £20 for the 10 week course which we will deduct from the annual membership fee at the end of the course should you wish to join the running club.

Well done to Andy, James, Rod, Martin H and Rob W on the 10k today.  A great race to start this year’s road championship.  An impressive result for Andy S finishing 6th.
