A grueling 9 miles on the road, on the trail and of course on "the railway".
Ø A multi-terrain race of approx. 9 miles for teams of three.
Ø Mixture of road and trail including the infamous railway.
Ø Team time based on time of last member to finish
Ø Start and finish at Tattenhall Recreation Club
Ø Entry fee of £5 per affiliated runner and £7 for unaffiliated. Numbers issued on the day.
Ø Entries accepted on the day before 7.00pm.
Ø Minimum age of 17 years under UKA rules. Suitable for entrants on foot only.
Ø Refreshments available in the Rec Club bar where prizes will be given and results available on the night.
